How to order?

1. Select product

Browse our products. Please choose your size carefully.

2. Add to Cart

Once you have selected your item, click ‘SHOP NOW’ button.

3. View Cart

If you wish to review your item, you may click ‘VIEW CART’

4. Check Out

When you’re done with your shopping click ‘PROCEED TO CHECK OUT’ and write your detailed information.

My Order Status

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive an email please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

Please log in to your account to view your recent order history, status and tracking information.

Modify and Cancel My Order

Please send us an email in contact us with subject “cancel order” to cancel your order, or “modify order” to modify your order. Please note that modification/cancellation of order can only be done before any payment is made. All orders will be sent once payment has been made.

How to Confirm My Order

To confirm your order, click ‘CONFIRM PAYMENT’ and fill payment confirmation form.

Payment Methods

We accept PayPal payments, all Credit Cards (we use DOKU as our Secure Payment Gateway) and bank transfer only via BCA.

Shipping Methods

We use JNE service for all domestic shipping and FedEx for all international shipping.

Shipping Schedule & Regulations

We deliver everyday except on Sunday and Public Holidays.

For Same Day Schedule Delivery, all orders must be completed and verified before 14:00H. Orders with payments made after the cut-off time will be scheduled on the next day.

Orders on-hold that have not been paid within 24 hours will be canceled automatically.

Shipping Costs

Shipping and handling charges will be automatically calculated upon checkout.

Is Non&Nik and Batik Nonik the same business?

Yes, Non&Nik is under the company Batik Nonik Group.

Does Non&Nik  have any retail stores?

No. Currently Non&Nik only operates as an online department store where you can shop 24 hours a day. Products can only be ordered via website and will be sent directly to your address. On special events, we may participate in Bazaar or Curated Events. In such events, we will make an announcement on our website and social media.

Do I have to create an account to shop at www.nonandnik.com?

No. However, by creating your account, it makes you easier to shop because you do not need to write your personal data and your address every time you shop. Also, you can also gain other benefits such as newsletter and be able to get information on discount and special offers.

How do I change my personal data in www.nonandnik.com?

You can login and access “My Account” page to edit your personal profile or details.

What happens after I press “Check Out”?

Items will only be sent after we received your payment. When you have completed your payment, we recommend that you also provide confirmation through the “Confirm Payment” page. When the confirmation process is completed, we will immediately process your order and send it to the address provided.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you have not made payment (bank transfer) to our account, you can still cancel your order by sending us an email to let us know the cancelled order and proceed to place another order on our website. However, once you make a payment, your order can not be cancelled or replaced.

What if I receive a product that does not match my orders?

If this happens, you can contact our customer service to arrange for an exchange.

Promo Voucher / Gift Voucher

How do I use my Non&Nik Promo Voucher / Gift Voucher?

When you are on CART / CHECK OUT page, insert voucher code at the column COUPON CODE ( case sensitive) Make sure that you write it correctly. If it’s done, then click APPLY COUPON. The nominal of your payment will be reduced according to the value of the voucher automatically. Please make sure the term of condition about the voucher and the validation of the voucher.
