We use JNE service for all domestic shipping and DHL Express for all international shipping.

We deliver everyday except on Sunday and Public Holidays. For Same Day Schedule Delivery, all orders must be completed and verified before 14:00H. Orders with payments made after the cut-off time will be scheduled on the next day. Orders on-hold that have not been paid within 24 hours will be canceled automatically.

Shipping and handling charges will be automatically calculated upon checkout.

All goods and items sold are not exchangeable and returnable

Is Non&Nik and Batik Nonik the same business? Yes, Non&Nik is under the company Batik Nonik Group. Does Non&Nik  have any retail stores? No. Currently Non&Nik only operates as an online department store where you can shop 24 hours a day. Products can only be ordered via website and will be sent directly to your address.
